Pipeline math we will publish for our own agency

We are starting in 2026, so we set public launch goals instead of invented case studies. Here is how we will report them.

Most new agencies break the same trust rule on day one: they arrive with a wall of case studies that cannot be checked and testimonials nobody can verify. We decided early that we would not do that, which means we need a different way to be credible.

That different way is simple to say and hard to do: we will report our own numbers as openly as we ask clients to report theirs.

Why we will not show invented numbers

A fabricated metric is not a harmless marketing shortcut. It is the first thing a buyer discovers when reality disagrees with the website, and it tells you everything about how the agency will behave when results are inconvenient.

We would rather lose a deal that wanted a slide full of logos than start a relationship with a lie baked in. That decision shapes everything else on this site, including the goals below.

The launch goals we publish instead

These are operational commitments for 2026, the kind a small agency can actually keep, and they are the things we will be judged on internally.

  • Instrument before we spend on any client campaign.
  • Publish useful depth content every month without padding it with filler.
  • Keep founding clients on month-to-month terms and earn retention, not lock-in.
  • Report our own funnel — traffic, leads, cost per lead and pipeline — openly.
  • Replace every launch goal with verified case studies the moment real, permissioned results exist.

The funnel math we will report

When we start reporting our own numbers, the format will look a lot like what we build for clients.

Qualified leads generated, by channel. Cost per qualified lead rather than cost per click, because the latter flatters us. Accepted opportunities and the lead-to-opportunity rate, which exposes where the funnel leaks. And pipeline created, reported with the attribution caveats stated rather than hidden.

What 'verified' means to us

A case study will only appear when the client has approved their name and quotes in writing, the baseline and timeframe are shown, and every number has a source we can defend. Anything less is marketing fiction.

Until that day, the results page will keep showing the framework, the goals and the template we intend to use. It is less impressive than a wall of logos, and it stays true.

The hard part we are signing up for

Publishing your own numbers means everyone can see the early months when they are not flattering. That is rather the point.

An agency that posts the unflattering early data earns the right to post the good data later. We are betting the trust compounds faster than the embarrassment costs.
